Chiree SullivanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. recently drove up there from Kentucky. Excellent service excellent product very pleased. Rebecca BrehmTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by this company. The gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The amount of wealth and knowledge that came from my visit only made it easier to become a regular customer. The shelving is stocked really well with many popular brands that I use. The plant area is a great area if you enjoy those as well. I’d highly recommend this company for any hydroponic needs and I will be back. Justin GrayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great n knowledgeable ppl Summer CunninghamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The people are very nice and helpful, I like that this is basically a one stop shop and that they have a nice selection of different products. They have an area where they are growing all sorts of plants they look very nice. Zoe LozaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update after visiting: I have no idea how signage will help. We returned in the daylight and definitely parked illegally. My partner walked around what appeared to be an empty building for a while with no luck before I called. A guy came and got us, took us through a warehouse that seemed to house a different business and then into a dark freight elevator, we went up several floors of what again appeared to be abandoned warehouse space, then finally into the shop. The shop itself had everything we needed and the guys who helped us were super great! I just don't see how you get around this awful location though. Original review: Drove around a sketchy looking warehouse Google maps claims to be this shop into a lot full of broken down cars (junkyard?) with no indication that we were in the right place other than a banner on one side of the building that said "hydroponics". Never found the entrance. Some signage would be helpful. Update: Thank you for the nice reply, totally understand about the signage. We will try again another time and I will update my review. Josh ChambersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The wife and I drove 45 minutes to go check out The Flower Factory in Cincinnati, Ohio and it was a waste of time. The location is in the hood. There is no parking lot; there is no legal on-street parking; and there are no legal parking lots nearby - other Google reviews complained about the same and the response from the owner was something like, 'call and we'll gladly give directions.' I called the number associated with the Google listing and it rang in perpetuity. The location appears to be a front for something else, in my opinion. It was a real nice trip, dodging a dope head on a mini-bike, stopping at a red light that never changed to green, and later getting mean-mugged by a dude at a stop light because we stuck out and didn't belong in the area. I went back and looked at the Google Reviews photos attached to this business (photo attached to this review). From the look of the flag covering the window - and the fact that there are only jugs of one chemical on the shelves - I'm glad the wife and I didn't illegally park a block or two away and walk in. Dan WallaceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been watching them out the shop together for the last couple weeks. Pumped to see them open - the online shopping is going to be clutch too. Great work Lonnie! Eric LandrumTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
